In the city of Naryn, a meeting of the Committee for the assessment and selection of products of manufacturing companies was held within the framework of the “One Village, One Product” project of the international organization JICA (Japan). Let us note that Beishen Tursunbaev, the Official Representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic is the deputy chairman of this Committee and is a member of the selection jury. The event was attended by the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Naryn region – Emilbek Alymkulov, the Coordinator of the “One Village, One Product” JICA project – Mr. Haraguchi Akihisa, the rector of NSU – Tashtanbek Siyaev, members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, entrepreneurs and media representatives.

The products of entrepreneurs from the village of Birlik At, Bashinsky district (Sainfoin honey), the village Ak-Muz At, Bashinsky district (Ormok-wool product), the village of Kazybek At, Bashinsky district (“Sea buckthorn candy”), and the village of Kochkor (Shyrdak) were presented to the Committee for consideration. , Uchkun village of Naryn district (Tash Rabat cookies), Min Bulak village of Naryn district (Felt slippers) and from the city of Naryn (Honey Kurut). The products of these companies received the necessary points and were selected to participate in the republican competition, which is planned to be held soon in Bishkek. It is expected that these products under the “Made in KG” brand will then be recommended for further export to domestic and foreign markets.

It should be noted that the winners of the qualifying round last year were the products of the following companies:

  • “At Bashinsky honey” – Dordoi Dary LLC, At Bashy village, member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic
  • “Medicinal Herbs” – LLC “Dordoi Dary”, At Bashy village, member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic
  • “Yoghurt” – PE Umetalieva Zh., village of Lakhol, Naryn district, member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic
  • Woven products of the Saori community – Alysh village, Naryn district
  • “Kochkor salt” – Cholpon village okmotu of Kochkor district

Currently, the products of these entrepreneurs have won a niche in the domestic market and are being exported.
