In Kyrgyzstan, in the first quarter (January-February-March) of 2025, the volume of pharmaceutical production exceeded 128 million soms. This is stated in the materials of the National Statistical Committee. For the same period in 2024, the volume of pharmaceutical production in the Kyrgyz Republic amounted to about 105 million soms.

Thus, compared to the same period in 2024, the growth was more than 22%. In Kyrgyzstan, the production of pharmaceutical products is recorded mainly in the Chui region and in the city of Bishkek. 89.8% of all pharmaceutical products were produced in the Chui region – 115.3 million soms.
