The Naryn Region Ministry of Transport and Communications Office reports the ongoing, phased construction of new roads and the reconstruction of damaged and outdated roads in the Naryn Region and the city of Naryn. On Lenin Street in Naryn, contractors have begun laying the second layer of asphalt. Work is also underway to install curbs and prepare for the installation of lighting poles. The road is designed as a four-lane road, with each lane 3.5 meters wide, for a total roadway width of 14 meters. Sidewalks on both sides are planned to be 2.2 meters wide.

On Zh. Sheralieva Street, drainage channels and a sidewalk have been completed on one side, while work on the other section continues. Lenin Street is over 9 kilometers long, while Zh. Sheralieva Street is 2.3 kilometers long.

It should be noted that, under the Naryn Region and Naryn City Development Program, all major roads in the region will be brought up to standard and will meet technical standards for ensuring high-quality road transport infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic.
