At the beginning of summer this year, specialists in the Naryn region recorded a high filling level of the Orto-Tokoy reservoir. The reservoir serves as the most important source of water supply for the region, providing irrigation for vast agricultural lands of the Kyrgyz Republic. Due to the sufficient supply of water resources, a good harvest of grain crops, vegetables and fruits, as well as valuable species of medicinal herbs is expected.
